Trevor Philpot, Partner

Trevor is the Founder of Merito and is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships and leading our sales and marketing teams.

Trevor has over 20 years experience in the IT&T sector leading Sales and Business Development teams at a number of industry leaders including Software Spectrum (now Insight), BMC Software, ObjectStar (now TIBCO), NetScout and HP.

Trevor is a decorated Veteran of the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston.

Ron Benedykt, Partner

Ron brings to Merito an extensive background in Sales and Operations spanning over 20 years. Ron is responsible for the Operations and Management of Merito's business.

Ron's career has seen him succeed at a number of senior sales and sales management roles with industry heavyweights including Motorola, IBM, BMC Software, HP, Network General, and AMDOCS.

Ron holds a Bachelors of Accounting from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Julian Garreffa, Partner

Julian leads Merito's customer support, professional services and product development teams.

Julian's diverse technical background includes senior positions at Mallesons Stephens Jaques, NetScout and most recently RSA Security where he held the position of Internet Security Specialist for Australia and New Zealand.

Julian is a graduate of La Trobe University with a Bachelors of Engineering.

Zyrion is the industry leader of Business Service Management (BSM) and IT infrastructure monitoring software for mid-to-large enterprises and Managed Service Providers. Zyrion is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Verdiem provides enterprise software solutions to reduce IT energy consumption. Its SURVEYOR software increases business profitability and sustainability by monitoring, measuring and managing IT energy use and related greenhouse gas emissions. Verdiem is headquartered in Seattle, WA.

VENotion’s innovation consists of a computerized patented method and software system to automatically derive the enterprise business architecture model as well as cluster all IT asset capabilities and relate them to the business context model exposed, resulting in an organized and managed business services and processes catalog. VENotion is headquartered in Gan Shmuel, Israel.
